Job Description:

-Strong practical knowledge on HP-Loadrunner /Neo Load/JMeter and HP-Performance Centre 11+

-Experience with tools and techniques for performance measurement, profiling, and optimization

-Performance Test requirement analysis with static testing knowledge

-Excellent decision maker with strong performance architect level knowledge on both technology and infrastructure

-Very strong in design of test framework, load simulation model, load stats calculations

-Very strong in test script development using HP-Loadrunner on (Web Protocol), WebServices (over HTTP), SAP-GUI and SAP-WEB protocols Test Execution and Reporting is a plus-point

-Strong programming level knowledge using Java, C. Preferable knowledge on Unix

-Strong knowledge on Performance Test Environment, IBM infrastructure (servers, components, MQ, IOD), Oracle, network, stub & driver based performance testing

-Good analytical skill on conducting detailed root cause analysis from E2E infrastructure layers and components perspective. Need to be experience in SiteScope, HP-Diagnostics

-Need to have implementation experience of various innovative ideas, worked extensively in stubbed environments
