<br>-Should be well aware of ABAP Best Practice and Guidelines
<br>-Should have experience of code debugging and Testing
<br>-Should be able to work independently and can guide/mentor junior ABAP consultants in the team
<br>-Experience of working on Hana would be an added advantage
